The perfect tonic for the cold Saturday morning this weekend was lots of good food, good wine and good photos with Simon Henbery in downtown Raynes Park. Simon is an accomplished Head Chef, previously of Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen restaurant, Flemings Grill in Mayfair, and is now leading the team of chefs at Chelsea Brasserie in Sloane Square, London.
Another string to Simon’s bow is as food writer for Slink Magazine and I was called over to do some photo justice to his great dishes in a shoot for the first Slink issue of 2012. Check out the set list:
